The Town Council Adopted the following Ordinances at the May 12, 2015 Town Council Meeting:
Ordinance No. O-02-2015 - An Ordinance of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kensington amending Chapter IV, "Traffic and Vehicles", Article II, "Parking", to enact Section 4-209, "Motor Vehicle Towing on Private Property" to incorporate Chapter 30-C of the Montgomery County Code, entitled "Motor Vehicle Towing and Immobilization on Private Property", §§30C-1 through 30C-10, and regulate the towing of vehicles from private property.
Ordinance No. O-03-2015 - An Ordinance of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kensington amending Chapter II, "Government and Administration", Article I, "Town Offices and Procedures", to add Sections 2-113, "Compensation of the Council" and 2-114, "Compensation of the Mayor" to provide for compensation of the Council and Mayor as authorized by Sections 404 and 504 of the Town Charter.
