The Montgomery Parks Department, along with the Town of Kensington, will be hosting a collaborative workshop with the community in an effort to promote the use and sustainability of three of our historic buildings: Warner Circle; Kensington Cabin; and Noyes Library. The specific intent of the workshop is to present a historical overview of the properties and to help identify future art and educational programs, along with possible partnerships, to promote the effective use of the historical properties.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, January 31st, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 10401 Armory Avenue, Kensington, MD.

2014 Tax Returns
The Town’s largest revenue source is a repayment of the State’s income tax to the municipality. In order for the Town to acquire its share of the income tax and to continue to help fund the services the Town provides, it is necessary that the Town’s name is filled out, Town of Kensington, in the appropriate box. A sample of the form is shown above.
