PAINT THE TOWN ART SHOW & PLEIN AIR COMPETITION

For more than a decade, MAA has organized one of the largest local art shows in the DC area — the annual Paint the Town Labor Day Show. The annual show takes place over three-day holiday weekend at the historic Kensington Armory, with thousands of visitors passing through the doors to see and purchase art. The variety of art includes: watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, mixed media and sculpture. Karen Merkin painted the flags to the rights.
