The Noyes Children’s Library Foundation invites you to The Winter Wonderland Ball on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Kensington Town Hall in Kensington, MD.Families are welcome to dress in costumes of any kind to enjoy the Royal Procession, dancing, crafts and the Royal Reading Room with stories and songs.
