The Mayor and Council will convene in Closed Session prior to the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Monday, September 12, 2022, pursuant to State Government Article §3-305(b)(ii)(3), “Closed Session”, to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related to the acquisition and to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice pursuant to Article §3-305(b)(ii)(7).
