The Town of Kensington invites residents to participate in a Community Budget Forum on Wednesday, May 1, 4pm to 6pm, at Town Hall to learn more about the Town of Kensington’s proposed FY25 operating budget and capital improvement plan, ask questions, and provide input.

The forum will provide an overview of the FY25 Budget and discuss planned projects related to the following areas:
- Stormwater Management and Greenspace acquisition to help maintain and replenish the Town’s tree canopy.
- Land acquisitions to construct a new Public Works facility and to help with public parking demands within the Town’s business district.
- Street and sidewalk improvement projects to help with traffic calming and improve pedestrian safety.
- Park and Town facility improvements.
The Town will be serving light fare during the forum and babysitting will also be available, upon request.
