About the event:

This event has grown from a neighborhood event to an international celebration that draws thousands of visitors to the heart of Kensington. Hosted annually usually on the 4th Sunday of April along Howard Avenue, the Kensington Day of the Book Festival brings together an array of literary, musical, and artistic talents and features live music, children’s activities, local food vendors, author readings and much more. 2020 marks the 15th anniversary of this annual literary celebration.
