Dear Residents and Business Community: Please be advised that there is a water main break along the 3700 block of Howard Avenue (between Fawcett Street and Montgomery Avenue). The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is aware of the issue and is currently working along Howard Avenue to correct the water main break. The 50th Annual Labor Day Parade and Festival will be held on Monday, September 4th, beginning at 10 am.
