3rd Annual Model Train Show

Please join the Town, along with Gary and Diana Ditto in hosting the 3rd Annual Model Train Show on September 7th and 8th from 11 am to 5 pm (Town Hall). The Train Show will once again benefit two local institutions: the Noyes Children’s Library Foundation, and the Kensington Historical Society. Dixieland Express will be performing on Saturday from 12 to 1 pm, while Matthew Dodd will be joining us on Sunday. A “Train Doctor” will also be around to chat about how he restores old trains….

46th Annual Labor Day Parade and Festival

2013 Town Election Results

The Town held our 2013 Election on June 3rd for two open Council Seats. Darin Bartram (Farragut Avenue) and Paul Sexton (Summit Avenue) were the only two candidates running and were officially declared the winners following the 9 pm pole closings. Considering that both Mr. Bartram and Mr. Sexton were running unopposed, turnout was continuous throughout the night with 114 total ballots cast, including 8 absentee ballots.
