The Community is invited to attend a pre-submittal meeting on the referenced Preliminary Plan scheduled for 7:30 pm on Monday, December 2, 2019, in the 2nd Floor Map Room at the Kensington Town Hall, 3710 Mitchell Street, Kensington, Maryland 20895. The property that is the subject of the Preliminary Plan application consists of approximately 11,500 square feet and is located at 4000 Knowles Avenue, at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Knowles Avenue in Kensington. The property is zoned Commercial Residential Neighborhood. The preliminary Plan proposes development of the property with up to six (6) residential townhouses (2 age-restricted and 4 non-age restricted) and associated amenities and infrastructure. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Preliminary Plan application and to hear your comments prior to filing the Preliminary Plan application with the Montgomery County Planning Board.
