The Mayor and Council will convene in Closed Session for a Special Town Council Meeting on Friday, November 15, 2024, pursuant to State Government Article §3-305(b)(7), “Closed Session”, to consult with the Town Attorney with regards to ongoing negotiations with 10509 Summit Ventures, LLC, and the Flats at Knowles Station development project.
